A Wonderful Job
It has been my experience that everyone will take the time to complain. However, very few people will take the time to say wonderful job, give praise, or send accolades. I am not everyone. Scott sat down with me and my family and went over all the different options. Roofing shingles, color, make, warranties. Then we went over siding colors, make, warranties. You get the point—no high-pressure sales. The entire time Scott was here it was just like having a friend over for coffee. Just a genuinely nice young man that showed total professionalism. I am one of those people that likes to say wonderful job. Thank you for going above and beyond. Scott Martin and his team did just that. A wonderful job, I believe that they went above and beyond. The morning my roof was replaced I knew everything that was going to happen. Lines of communication were spot on. The roofing crew showed up got right to work. Did a complete tear-off and put a new roof on in one (1) day. When Scott's team left the only reason you knew they had been here was the new roof.
