Should I file a claim for my storm damage?Before filing a claim give us a call. We can inspect and let you know if you have enough damage to warrant filing a claim. We can show you photos of the damage, tell you your likelihood of getting it replaced and tell you more about the process. We always say being educated before making a decision is your best option. If you have already filed the claim, no worries, we can still support you through the process and will work for you to get what you deserve approved and installed.

Can you work with my insurance company to get my home repaired?We communicate with insurance companies daily and strive to make the insurance claim process seamless for our homeowners. Exteriors Plus has been dealing with roofing and siding replacement claims for years and is an authority on just what is needed to get your home back to its pre-damaged state.

Do you offer financing options?We do offer financing options! We have options that can work for you when you just need a bit of time before the payments start and even options with longer terms so you have a low monthly payment. Ask your project manager during the free inspection and they can give your more information.

Will you be acquiring a building permit?If a building permit is required by your city / township we will pull the necessary permits. You can rest assured that Exteriors Plus has your home and your best interest at heart.

Where is your business located?Our office is in Norton, Ohio. We love being a local company helping our community! Our office is centrally located and allows us easy access to all of the surrounding cities in the Akron, Portage, Medina, Canton and Western Cleveland suburbs.

Do you have to come out to give an estimate or can you give me a price over the phone?The short answer is this! We want to be able to give you an honest and accurate quote. We will need to thoroughly go over your project details, get measurements and find out which of our products best serves your needs. We promise to not take any more of your time than necessary and truly we just want to be your choice when you are ready for a roof replacement, gutters, siding replacement, doors, or window replacement.
