We are growing and looking to add another Ground Manager to our team. We are seeking a talented, reliable, and motivated individual for quality customer service and ground control during installations. This person is responsible for traveling to job sites and performing various tasks that pertain to exterior work. Knowledge or experience in the industry is not required for this position.

About the Role
AS A GROUND MANAGER YOU WILL:
☐ Be the face of our company and always present a good image both personally and professionally. Customer service is an integral part of this position.
☐ Maintain a clean and safe work environment for both employees and homeowners.
☐ Perform repairs in compliance with company and industry standards.
☐ Can walk and stand for long periods of time, outdoors, in all weather conditions.
☐ Knowledgeable of ladder safety and comfortable with heights.
☐ Travel to multiple job sites daily; weekly.
☐ Maintain company vehicle and tools.
☐ Takes photos of pertinent areas relating to the job and notes issues, problems or defects found that would impact progress of the job and future concerns.
☐ Ability to load or unload all materials needed for the job or left over after completion.
☐ Willingness to work independently and within a team environment.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A GROUND MANAGER:
☐ Ideal candidate will have installation knowledge of windows, soffit, fascia, and gutters. Remember, experience is not required just preferred.
☐ Ability to read work orders and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
☐ Must have a valid driver license, with a clean driving record
☐ Ability to maneuver ladders and work confidently 25 feet off the ground.
☐ Must be able to frequently lift or move 50-100 lbs.
☐ Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure required.
☐ Good communication skills. (verbal and written)
GROUND MANAGEMENT HIGHLIGHTS:
☐ Hourly position; average 40+ hours per week, start time is 6:30am – paid weekly.
☐ Immediate opening; pay scale dependent on experience.
☐ Must have transportation to our office.
☐ Company vehicle provided for daily use, during work hours.
