It has been my experience that everyone will take the time to complain. However, very few people will take the time to say wonderful job, give praise, or send accolades. I am not everyone. Scott sat down with me and my family and went over all the different options. Roofing shingles, color, make, warranties. Then we went over siding colors, make, warranties. You get the point—no high-pressure sales. The entire time Scott was here it was just like having a friend over for coffee. Just a genuinely nice young man that showed total professionalism. Exteriors Plus was at our neighbor's after a severe hailstorm on 7/20/23. I asked if he would be able to come over to our home to inspect it to see if we had any damage. Mike Harr immediately came to our home to give us an estimate on replacing our roof. Mike Harr is a true professional, who is courteous and very knowledgeable about roof issues and the products that you carry. He did a thorough job inspecting the roof, explaining what materials would be used on the job and answering all our questions. Mike then worked with our insurance agency, who initially gave us a check that would only cover the roof vents! Mike did not give up – he continued to contact our insurance agency, who repeatedly would not return his calls or emails. With his constant persistence, our insurance company finally gave us a check to cover the entire roof and gutters. During this process, Mike kept us in the loop on how our insurance agency was responding, and we really appreciated that. I strongly recommend Mike, who is an awesome customer service representative.
