Exteriors Plus is proud to call Akron its new home! Formerly headquartered in Norton, Ohio, the company recently relocated to South Main Street in Akron, marking an exciting new chapter in its growth and community presence. The new office is housed in the historic Lakeview Elementary School, a brick building originally constructed in 1925. By transforming this classic landmark into a modern workspace, Exteriors Plus blends the city’s rich history with its forward-thinking approach to home improvement. The move not only provides more space for the growing team but also reinforces the company’s commitment to serving Akron and the greater Northeast Ohio area. Rooted in local pride and craftsmanship, Exteriors Plus continues to deliver trusted roofing, siding, and exterior services - now from a building that’s as timeless and enduring as the work they do.

Founded by Greg Myers, Exteriors Plus was built on a mission to serve the same community he grew up in. Today, our company proudly operates out of Lakeview Elementary, the very school where Greg, and several members of The Exteriors Plus team, once walked the halls as students. After a hail storm last year, these guys stopped by to see if they could inspect for damage and assist with any repairs that could be needed. They made it so incredibly easy for me from start to finish. They came back and inspected the home with the insurance adjuster, worked to make sure that everything needed was covered, and did a very professional job. Not only did they install a new roof, they worked to get all new siding, guttering, soffits, and made sure it was all brought up to code.
